Archives Project 2017: Book Conservation Zum Archivtag am 4. März 2017 wurde das Archivprojekt 2017 vorgestellt. Das Unitätsarchiv sammelt das ganze Jahr Spenden, um vielbenutzte Bücher, wie die dreibändige Zusammenfassung des Jüngerhausdiariums von 1747-1760, die elf Bände der Dienerblätter im Lesesaal sowie das Findbuch R.4 und nach Möglichkeit weitere beschädigte Bücher durch den Buchbindermeister, Hans Hubert Gotzmann, restaurieren zu lassen. Wir bitten auch auf diesem Weg um Ihre Mithilfe, damit dies gelingen möge. On the annual Friends Day of the Archives on March 4, 2017, the Archives Project 2017 was introduced. The Unity Archives seeks donations over the course of the year to cover the costs for the conservation of books in the Archives that have been damaged by overusage (for example, the abstract of the Jüngerhausdiarium (Congregational Accounts) 1747-1760 and the eleven volumes of the Dienerblätter in the reading room, as well as the finding aid for the record group R.4, and, if possible, additional damaged books in the collection). Book conservation will be carried out by master bookbinder Hans Hubert Gotzmann. We kindly ask for your support so that this work may be accomplished.
